Notre équipe est composée d'intervenants du CLSC Memphrémagog, de leur famille, d'amis et d'amoureux de la nature. Nous supportons le projet chaîne de vie qui fait la promotion de saines habitudes de vie et qui a pour mission d'éduquer les jeunes de 15 à 17 ans au don d'organes et de tissus. Go Go Go l'équipe Soins à Domicile Memphrémagog! Pour son 20ᵉ anniversaire, Chaîne de vie place les jeunes au cœur du Défi Chaîne de vie 2026. Cette année, les élèves qui ont participé au programme éducatif Chaîne de vie deviennent les porte-étendards du Défi dans les différentes régions du Québec. Après 20 ans à éduquer les jeunes au don d’organes et de tissus, ce sont maintenant eux qui prennent le drapeau et portent le message.
